Order Processing
Products sold by Shop wit Scott may be produced and fulfilled on demand by our fulfillment partners. After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for production and shipment.
Because products may be made to order, processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping method. You will be able to review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may be displayed during checkout or provided after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Production schedules, carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to become active after a shipping label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at shop@sjthompson.org.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at shop@sjthompson.org with your order number and details of the problem. Photos or other documentation may be requested when applicable.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
International shipments may also experience additional customs processing time.
